Due to a planned power outage for required electrical work, the following services may be unavailable between 1:30 PM and 10:00 PM EDT tomorrow, September 11. The duration is approximate. 

  • Chandra proposal submission tools (including for DDT and TOO triggers)

  • All CXC webpages

  • Chandra Archive

  • Chandra Source Catalog (CSC)

  • CXC HelpDesk

TOO trigger requests cannot be accepted until 9:00 AM on Friday, September 12.


This downtime may also impact our ability to respond to TOO/DDT requests submitted earlier on Thursday. Please plan accordingly.
