What kind of irresponsible system? Even after the exam results are published, I can't know whether I have passed or failed.

Yes, I have checked my marks. Whom you mailed? Did they mention anything about certificates?

After Result declared..I got 66 marks in main examination.. my Internal marks is zero..Am I eligible for certificate?
