Introductory coaching course

Hi all,

Castleconnell Boat Club are thinking about holding an Introductory coaching  course run by Rowing Ireland. This is for those who have little or no experience of rowing or parents who are interested in being involved. It is very useful and would be of benefit to anyone to know more about rowing and training.

Can you let me know if you are interested in doing this. A suitable date and time will be arranged by Pat McInerney RI coach education officer.
