Subject: Open Discussion Forum @ NRC - Sunday March 20th.
To: in...@rowingireland.ie

Open Discussion Forum with the board of Rowing Ireland to be held in the National Rowing Centre, Cork.

To Rowing Ireland: i.e. the Rowers, Coaches, Parents, Club officials, and those interested in the sport of rowing in Ireland.

Rowing Ireland will hold an open meeting in the NRC on Sunday 20th March from 2.30pm to 4.30pm (lastest)

(The previous Galway, Belfast and Dublin meetings were well attended and some very interesting ideas arose, this is your chance to have your views heard by the board).

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current state and future development of the sport. The meeting will be informal and open to all. Members of the board will be present to listen and engage in the discussion.

__________________

 The agenda is open and includes;

  • Current activities of Rowing Ireland.
  • What can/should we be doing for the development of the sport?
  • Are we well served by our rules and competitions?

 _________________

It is hoped that we will gather positive ideas that can lead to positive developments in the sport.

This is the last province to hold an open forum so please encourage as big a turn out possible by forwarding this to as many clubs members as you can.
