Where does the certificate information in the Microsoft CA Certificate List in CCADB come from?

I found the Microsoft root certificate information from https://ccadb.my.salesforce-sites.com/microsoft/IncludedCACertificateReportForMSFT. 

However, this information is inconsistent with the information I obtained using certutil -dump authroot.stl. 

What is the reason?

And if I want to obtain Microsoft's root certificate information, which one should I use?
