CCADB Public Incident Reporting History

The purpose of this public discussion process is to promote openness and transparency. However, each Root Store Operator makes its inclusion decisions independently, on its own timelines, and based on its own policies and inclusion criteria. Successful completion of this public discussion process does not guarantee any favorable action by any root store.

* This public discussion announcement intends to provide a point-in-time snapshot of the data and information available in the CCADB related to these inclusion requests as of the date that this public discussion period begins. The attached PDFs only reflect the CCADB data as it existed at the time it was created and serves as the baseline record for this discussion. CCADB records are operational in nature and may be updated over time. As a result, the live CCADB data may differ from the attached PDFs. Such differences may not indicate an error in the discussion record or post-hoc modification of the inclusion request; rather, they may reflect the ongoing maintenance of the CCADB. While Participants are encouraged to reference the attached PDFs when evaluating the information available at the start of this discussion, they may consult the live CCADB report for the most current operational data.

Furthermore, neither this information nor any ensuing public discussions, comments, or observations, should be interpreted as a complete or authoritative account of a Root Store Operator’s evaluation or decision-making process. Root Store Operators may consider additional factors, inputs, and risk assessments that are not reflected in the public discussion record. The public discussion record is intended to inform consideration, not to constrain, predetermine, or fully explain any Root Store Operator’s final decision. Accordingly, conclusions drawn solely from the public record may be incomplete and should not be treated as definitive explanations for any Root Store Operator’s decision.

Anyone with concerns or questions specific to these root inclusion requests is urged to raise them on this CCADB Public list by replying directly in this discussion thread. Likewise, a representative of the applicant must promptly respond directly in the discussion thread to all questions that are posted.
