CCADB Self Assessment and NSR Version

Hello CCADB Folks,

I was looking at the the latest version (v1.4.1) of the CCADB Self Assessment (ref: https://www.ccadb.org/cas/self-assessment) and Step #5 of the Instructions tab states:

"Prior to 2024‐11‐12, CA Owners can adhere to Version 2.0 or Version 1.7 of the Network and Certificate System Security Requirements. Effective 2024‐11‐12, CA Owners must adhere to Version 2.0." 

I presume that the v2.0 effective date of 2024-11-12 was pegged to NS-003 but now that NS-005 has passed and pushed v2.0's effective date to March, 2025, does this still hold true? Do CAs now have to fill in the Self-Assessment for v2.0 even though it's not effective yet? Any guidance here would be appreciated.

We are creating an updated Self-Assessment template (v. 1.4.2) and updating the instructions to point to version 2.2 of the NCSSRs and a date of March 12, 2025, for use of the new NCSSR v.2.2 tab rather than the tab for version 1.7 of the NCSSRs.
