TL;DR: With the Winter '24 release, Salesforce enforced enhanced domains for the CCADB, resulting in the redirection of all non-enhanced domains (e.g., domains ending with “force.com”). This redirection will end on October 11, 2024, coinciding with the Winter '25 release. Users who rely on URLs with the non-enhanced domain (force.com) must update their linked bookmarks, scripts, and any similar elements to ensure continued functionality.
All,
Effective October 11, 2024, with the upcoming Salesforce Winter ‘25 release, non-enhanced CCADB domains will stop being redirected. Enhanced domains became mandatory with the Salesforce Winter ‘24 release, and since then, all non-enhanced CCADB domains have been redirected automatically. It is possible that some users are still utilizing non-enhanced domains and could be affected by the discontinuation of redirection by Salesforce.
We recommend users review their linked bookmarks, automation scripts, integration programs, or similar and:
Change their references to public report URLs
from:
ccadb-public.secure.force.com (non-enhanced)
ccadb-public.force.com (non-enhanced)
to:
ccadb.my.salesforce-sites.com (enhanced)
Also change their references to site page URLs (e.g., custom login pages for CA Owners)
from:
ccadb.force.com (non-enhanced)
to:
ccadb.my.site.com (enhanced)
Please continue to contact CCADB Support (sup...@ccadb.org) with any questions regarding the CCADB.
Thank you
