CCADB Update: New My CA Functions - CA Reports & Communications

All,

On June 16, 2023, the CCADB will be updated to introduce some new functionality that (1) intends to help CA Owners collect data needed for audit statements and self assessments, and (2) displays a collection of CCADB emails and surveys sent to the CA Owner.

CA Owners should not be impacted during this update and can perform routine functions as expected.

This new functionality should enable CA Owners to:

+ Filter and export data from the CCADB with the My CA -> CA REPORTS function to populate the certificate tables in Audit report(s) in collaboration with auditors.

+ Populate the CCADB Self Assessment cover sheet with the My CA -> CA REPORTS export.

+ View a list of all emails and surveys sent by CCADB with the Communications function.
