2025-2026 PDF Fillable form

Hi,

In the PDF format, I am having a problem in the main institution website and the school online application URL. The fields appear to be connected, and when I change one of the field the other fields updates.

How do I disable this?

I'm a newbie to this position. May I ask if this is mandatory? It appears to be tied to the Annual Survey of Colleges, and I didn't know if that was mandatory too or not. Any inof would be greatly appreciated.

Annette (and any others who are new to the CDS): Welcome!

The CDS is an internal tool for you to fill out and use for answering data questions. Once it is filled out you can post it on your website, provide it to internal stakeholders, or submit it to various survey organizations, e.g., US News, Petersons, College Board. It is not mandatory nor is there a deadline for filling out the CDS. It is just helpful to fill out this one form for multiple purposes rather than having to fill out the data multiple times.
