Urgent Request-We need a Deputy Seneschal

Hello Beautiful Carolingia! I am in council at this very moment and we need some help. We are in desperate need of a deputy seneschal. This is a crucial role but also a pretty easy lift for someone that makes out seneschal's job actually possible. Please, please consider whether you could come forward and support the barony in this way. I have served as a deputy seneschal in the Outlands and several Carolingians have done so in this Barony and would be willing to talk with you and answer any questions. We live on the work of our volunteers so please consider this particular role.

She is looking for a deputy in the traditional sense someone to sub in and back her up so she doesn’t have to be present at every thing regardless of her work schedule.  If that person wants to step in after her that is lovely but we are in triage mode at this point.

The June minutes have not been posted, so I don't know if this has already been answered, but has Sugawara-dono specified what sort of Deputy Seneschals she is looking for? Volunteering to be her Designated Successor is different from being her Aide-de-Camp is different from being her Emergency Deputy is different from being a Special Projects Deputy, and perhaps more information about which duties are available might make it easier for folks to volunteer.
