fairly busy month, we’ll be at a lot of events.

have a Baronial polling that we need to work on. I will be sending
out a google poll which will collect email, legal, and SCA names.
This is required because all polling is now required to be digital.
Remember, if you would like to have a voice in the upcoming polling,
you need a membership.
If you an officer of the Barony,
you should be giving me a report. If you are sending one to Kingdom,
please make sure to copy me as well.

been getting a decent number of new people on Thursdays. We’ve
been getting some turnout on Tuesdays and some new people and
transplants on Wednesday.
Kingdom Rapier champs as a week and
a half ago, Carolingia had 2 in the round of 16, with others with
good showings. Edvard received his silver Rapier this past weekend.

our last meeting we made baskets. Our next meeting will be March
22nd
after Archery practice in Carlisle.

We have about 90 people pre-reged, and some others who missed the
prereg. We have a 175 cap, so are expecting about 125. We may come
in short of break-even. We’re pretty well set. We’ve got
classes, there will be dancing and food, and a Baronial court during
the first couple of courses.
Do feel free to come down. We
still have space, and parking is relatively plentiful.

Which course(s) are we planning to have court in.

Reach out offline, but court business should happen around the food
schedule rather than the other way around.
Gudrun (relayed): We don’t know where the knife box is, so if you know where it is, please reach out.

Otters Welcome: June 6th
No updates at this point. We’re trying to get the writeup up this week. The German Club has confirmed our reservation.
Falling Leaves: Sept 5th
Their Highnesses will be in Northshield that weekend, so it will not be a royal progress. We will have equestrian activities, including hopefully Jousting and Horseback fencing. Likely no dayboard this year again, so it will be a bring your own picnic event.
Sug: We do have an upcoming investiture to plan for.
SCA Announcements:
New society thrown weapons are going out for a 2 month public comment period. Thrown weapons will be resuming when there is not snow on the ground.

Sugawara: I am coordinating with 12sided studios to staff a (tavern) booth at Pax East. It includes free passes to Pax for a minimum of 4 hours work in garb and character. Please contact me if you are interested.
