Feast class- I've got my recipes, now what?

Are you doing Dinner and Dancing with the Dutchess? Are you coming for the cooking and the feast side of classes? Part 1 of the feast classes is going to be held Thursday night- "I've got my recipes, now what?: how to get from household recipe quantity and scale up for a feast shopping list". We'll take the French course and talk about how to come up with quantities, how to translate that into purchasable goods, and where to go shopping. Probably with several diversions along the way!
