Call for Participants -- Boston Fan Expo Demo

Carolingia has been offered a large block (40x55 feet -- over 2000sf) at the upcoming Boston Fan Expo. It's potentially our biggest demo in this area in decades, with likely tens of thousands of people passing by. It'll be held at the Menino Convention Center, on the Boston waterfront. (Usually a nice walk from South Station, or a shorter one from the Silver Line.) They're interested in a wide-ranging demo, including combat, A&S displays, workshops, participatory boffer stuff, and so on. Most things that we can do safely in a public indoor environment are potentially a good fit here, and we're looking for a varied schedule over the course of the weekend. But -- it's the last weekend of Pennsic, August 7-9, so not everybody is going to be able to help out, and we need a lot of help on this one. They're giving us 16 badges (possibly more if we need it), and we probably want at least that many people involved, given that we're trying to staff three full days. Given that, we're casting a wide net, and would love to get help from folks in neighboring branches who are close enough to join us.
