As announced in the last Council Meeting, it is Policy Amendment time. There is a current PDF on the website, and the website has been updated. Please note, the numbering in the pdf is correct and the website is not. This will be fixed in the next update. Proposed Amendments must be submitted to me via email by Feb 1 at midnight. We will go over any proposed amendments in February Council and they will then be posted to the website and email list. We will discuss the Proposals during March Council and a list of the voting members of council will be distributed. Voting will happen asynchronously before April Council and results will be announced in April Council.

Depending on the number of proposals, officer reports may be changed from our usual everyone to just those with new business.
