Hi folks. We're in the middle of one local run of a Shakespeare play, and
less than a week away from the start of another. These are free (!) --
though of course the groups doing them welcome donations. Bring a blanket
or chair and a picnic.

Specifically, the Dream Role Players are doing Julius Caesar, this weekend
at Longfellow Park in Cambridge, and the next weekend at Christian Herter
Park in Allston, at 7pm Fri-Sun. See
<https://www.dreamroleplayerstheater.com/> for details. Note that the
"Weather Info" tab on this site also includes details about the locations,
such as parking info & T access.

Then starting July 22 it's the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, doing this
year's Shakespeare on the Common show: A Midsummer Night's Dream. It runs
Tues-Sun through August 9, evening shows at 8pm, with a few matinees at
1:30pm. See <https://commshakes.org/>; the FAQ tab explains many details.
The show is at the Parkman Bandstand on Boston Common, so it's T
accessible, and drivers can use the parking garage under the Common -- for
which the show has discount coupons available.
