Survey to increase visibility of mental health/illness among students with marginalized identities

Hi all,

MHAC (Carleton's Mental Health Awareness Collective) wants to assess and increase visibility of mental health/illness among Carleton students with marginalized identities. 

We've created this short, anonymous survey and are looking for responses from individuals who identify as belonging to marginalized groups (e.g., with regard to race/ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender, socioeconomic status, (dis)ability, etc.). Please submit your response by May 8th. Thank you!
