Nous espérons que vous allez bien en cette période compliquée.
Dans la lignée des travaux de collecte et d’analyse lancés en novembre dernier (ci-dessous), la Coalition Éducation et le Réseau Inter-agences pour l'Education en Situations d'Urgence (INEE) ont le plaisir de vous convier à un webinaire de consultation, le 11 février de 13h à 16h (gmt +1).
La réunion s'articulera autour d’une présentation des premiers enseignements de l’étude sur
les initiatives éducatives mises en œuvre dans le contexte de la Covid-19 portées sur l'inclusion dans les pays du Sud, menée par la Coalition Éducation.
Ce webinaire se veut un lieu d’échanges à destination des praticien.ne.s et expert.e.s de l'éducation afin de recueillir leur regard sur les leçons à tirer de la crise.
Veuillez-vous inscrire en cliquant sur le lien. Les échanges se tiendront en français. N’hésitez pas à faire circuler l’invitation au sein de vos réseaux.

We hope you are doing well and staying safe.
The Coalition Education (France) is pleased to invite you to participate in a capitalization work/study aiming at identifying, disseminating and valuing efficient CSO education initiatives that have been implemented in response to the Covid19 context in partner countries, with a focus on the maintenance of education for the populations most at risk of school exclusion (girls, people in a situation of handicap, children from extremely poor families, from rural areas, refugees or displaced persons, etc.), including those aiming at fighting against gender inequalities.
The project will aim at analysing relevant CSOs initiatives in order to draw lessons on education from the Covid19 crisis. It will pay particular attention to the conditions of efficiency of CSO actions and their articulation/complementarity with the interventions of technical and financial partners in education (Local Education Partner Groups, public actors, GPE, ECW, UNESCO, UNICEF, etc.). It will aim to capitalise on and enhance the value of innovative/efficient approaches and local/regional initiatives that have enabled the continuity of learning and education to be maintained within the Covid19 context while contributing to reinforce the resilience of education systems and the local actors capacities to anticipate and prevent crisis. The outcomes will feed a summary report that will be publicised by March 2021.
In order to do so, we invite you to share the information with your network (members and partners) and to send us the grid describing an initiative to be capitalized (attached in French and English) completed, by November 1, 2020 . I am sending you the framework note (attached in French and English) of the project which sets out the different objectives and activities to be carried out within the framework of the project.

La Coalition Education (France) a le plaisir de vous inviter à participer à un travail de capitalisation visant à identifier, diffuser et valoriser les initiatives efficaces des OSC en matière d'éducation mises en œuvre ou adaptées au contexte de la Covid19 dans les pays partenaires, et qui portent une attention particulière sur le maintien de l'éducation des populations les plus menacées d'exclusion scolaire (filles, personnes en situation de handicap, enfants de familles extrêmement pauvres, de zones rurales, réfugiés ou personnes déplacées, etc.), y compris celles visant à lutter contre les inégalités de genre.
Le projet vise à analyser les initiatives OSC afin de tirer les leçons de la crise de la Covid19 en matière d’éducation. Il portera une attention particulière aux conditions d'efficacité des actions des OSC et à leur articulation/complémentarité avec les interventions des partenaires techniques et financiers de l'éducation (Groupes locaux des partenaires de l'éducation, acteurs publics, GPE, ECW, UNESCO, UNICEF, GLE, etc.). Il permettra de capitaliser et valoriser les approches innovantes/efficaces et les initiatives locales/régionales qui ont permis de maintenir la continuité de l'apprentissage et de l'éducation dans le contexte de la Covid19 tout en contribuant à renforcer la résilience des systèmes éducatifs et les capacités d'anticipation et de prévention des crises des acteurs locaux. Cela permettra d'alimenter un rapport de synthèse qui sera rendu public d'ici mars 2021.
Pour ce faire, nous vous invitons à partager ces informations au sein de vos réseaux de membres et partenaires locaux et à nous renvoyer la grille de description d’une initiative à capitaliser (ci-jointe en français et en anglais) complétée d’ici le 1er novembre 2020. Je vous envoie la note de cadrage du projet (ci-jointe en français et en anglais) qui présente les différents objectifs et activités prévus dans le cadre du projet.
