Axis camera issue

We have an Axis camera that I was able to add via the rtsp stream. However when looking at it fullscrean it does not show the stream. It goes into the "seaking" mode with a black screen. Is there a fix for this?

What's resolution of the camera?

When it goes full screen, the hub may decide to use the original video from the camera.

Some devices may not be able to play such videos due to resolution or other things.
