Unfortunately it's very hard to say anything really useful for this one. If the camera is working when added using the RTSP stream except for occasional drops, those occasional drops are very likely due to wifi flakiness, or (less likely) the camera's inability to sustain a continuous connection.
It's a bit surprising that it would be dropping now if it was not dropping before. Did you put the camera back in the same location it was before, and has anything else changed around it that could affect wifi?
If you just want to get rid of the emails about the connection drops, it's possible to increase the delay before you'll get the alert about the dropped connection, giving the camera more time to recover.
