Camect Hub Not Accessible

Good Day,

My hub is online with Google and Camect Home but I cannot access the hub via home.camect.com or the phone APP. I can't figure out why this is happening. Please provide me with some ideas as to why this is happening.

What error are you getting at home.camect.com?
