Camect routinely showing disconnected from network.

Camect is routinely showing up as disconnected.  Will work if unplugged and rebooted.  Any advice on troubleshooting?  Current router setup is google wifi mesh network running through a poe switch.  Thanks, Will

We'll need a bit more information for us to come up with some theories: 

     1. When it's disconnected, does it still have power (i.e. blue LED lit) ? 

     2. Can you find its IP address on your router and ping it?  (If you know what ping is.)

     3. If you try to connect to its IP address on port 80 using a web browser, what happens? 

If it appears to be powered on and you have an HDMI monitor or tv you could hook it up to, it would also be interesting to know what is visible on the HDMI when it's showing as disconnected. (It shows some debugging information there.) If possible, send two snapshots, taken about 10 minutes apart, to sup...@camect.com.
