Contains fixes for these issues: 

    - More turning to avoid accidental detection of static cars

    - Some infrequent types of error log submission were not working.

    - Skipping forward in alerts could fail to advance to next alert if clicking too quickly.

    - Avoid cloud dependency when connecting locally via IP or local.home.camect.com.

    - Devices that are fine could occasionally appear as "disconnected" at home.camect.com

    - Erroneous traffic to the cloud could cause a DOS-lockout of an IP for a while.

    - Receiving an AI model update could cause a crash.

    - Nest/Arlo/Wyze cameras could infrequently cause crashes in normal operation.

    - Grey out camera names on cameras that have alerts disabled. 

    - More reliably determine whether to disable cpu-based AI when a Coral board is present.
