Wyze camera displaying black screen

Hello - I have a Wyze camera that I recently removed from my Wyze account then re-added - Wifi change. Camect auto-discovers the camera with the original username / password but displays a black image. When I attempt to disable / delete I get the message "Cannot delete camera must be disabled before deletion". Looking through the forum, I saw a suggestion to disable, reboot Camect and then delete but that results in the same error and black screen.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Please try that sequence again, i.e.:  disable the camera (and wait until the camera actually shows as disabled in the UI), then reboot Camect (home settings > show advanced settings > restart, and check the reboot option), and then delete. If that still fails, then use "Report Bug" from the home settings soon after trying, and check the checkbox to include logs and settings from your device.
