Feature improvements:   

        Avoid requiring Arlo 2-factor re-authentication on every restart

        Support Arlo email-based 2-factor               

        Use proper mdns names so local Camect devices can be found by mdns browsers

Algorithm improvements:                                                                          

        More improvements to avoid false alerts on stationary objects

        Tune object detection to fix some cases of missed vehicle alerts.

 Alert UI Tweaks:

        Avoid showing confusing "no mail" icon for uninteresting alerts. It shows only for auto-suppressions now.

        Ensure that alert ratings are displayed in the order that they'll apply.

        Fix bug that UI to set constraints on alert delivery times was not fully visible in some situations.
