Has anyone had any success with having the HeimVision HMD2 work with their Camect NVR ? having some troubles to get it to connect as I am constantly receiving that the " Camera Did Not Allow Access" Can it be because it is a battery powered camera ?

In order for it to work, the camera needs to support RTSP access. Do you know an RTSP url that's supposed to work for it?

According to this thread it sounds like the HDM2 does not support RTSP access. Note that the main thread is about the HM311, but I'm referring to a message in the thread that asks about RTSP access on the HMD2 , and a response from the heimvision admin saying that the camera does not support RTSP.

Thanks for your assistance. After some more googling, you are correct. back to Amazon it goes and off to look for other alternatives.
