What is this icon?

This little red icon fades in and out on top of one of my cameras. Tapping on it doesn't do anything, and everything appears to be working fine. Any idea what it means?

It means the camera has very low FPS, likely due to connection issues.

On desktop, it shows a tooltip if you hover the mouse over it.

Ah thanks, should have checked on computer. I'll investigate the wifi connection for that camera, probably just needs a reboot.
