V2 UI stalls 95% of the time when viewing video alerts

Did multiple tests on both Windows PC using chrome browser and using Camect app on Android.   

I restarted the Camect box a couple days back to see if that would help - it did not.

I can view the video alert notifications on the V1 UI with no problem.   

Have three cameras and have had zero problems with both the V1 and V2 UI until recently.  I do not know exactly when the problem started. 

Sometimes if I view alert in the V1 UI and then switch to the V2 UI to view the same alert, the video will sometimes then display normally.

There's no obvious reason that V2 should stall if V1 plays fine (i.e. They do the same thing to play alerts). What happens when you try from the native app? 

In the V2 UI, after reproducing the problem, use "Report Bug" from the hub settings of the hub and we'll see if we can see anything in the logs to shed light on what's happening.

Update:  The stalling problem appears to have resolved itself. I will do report bug from hub if it happens again.

Just stalled again.  Filled bug report from Camect app on my Android phone.
