  - Crash related to use of Arlo cameras

  - Make telegram / email subject settings per user, and move them to the "me" tab              - Partial "support" for Wyze doorbell. (Video is now fetched, but it's rotated 90 degrees.)    - Add "advanced" option to use the reduced (local subnet only) network scan rather than the full network scan. OK, I'm not sure if this is in the most recent or an earlier fix, but i just noticed, that If I go to the UI right away after getting a telegram notice and click the bell fo the alerts it actually takes me to the most recent one and matches what showed in telegram!  

In recent memory it would always take me to the one before the most recent.  Sometimes I'd have to refresh the page a minute later to get it to know there was a most recent one. I'll keep testing this but it appears on this one time it worked the way it should. Thanks for fixing this.
