I can't activate my hub when I move the address, used to working fine.
Same setup of network, same account.

Please send email to sup...@camect.com mentioning the email address that your hub was registered to. 

We might also need you to connect an HDMI monitor, wait until at least 15 minutes after booting, and then send an image of what is showing. You could do that at the same time if it's easy.
