New features or improvements:

• Configure network interfaces from the UI.

• Favicons updated to current logo

• Change timelapse icon from dove to stopwatch.

• Alert rating UI improvements:

  • Stop reordering ratings automatically.

  • Fix a bug related to changing orders.

• Ability to star hub settings backups (so they won’t get deleted)

• Ability to verify signature of downloaded / shared footage.

• Send an alert when the hub is powered off.

• Keep interesting alerts on the disk longer.

• Show why cameras are disconnected / lost in the UI.

• Geolocation-based default detection list.

• Reduce file upload buffer size to 1K. This seems to be needed on some networks.

• Apply rating changes immediately (i.e. even if a motion is already in progress)

• Let users invert rating areas.

• Remember alert filters across page loads.

• Show a warning icon when you have a nickname for a hub.

• Moving person / stationary vehicle improvements.

Bug fixes:

• Automatically recover from some network and disk corruption issues.

• Mitigate read-only filesystem error

• Minimize issues caused by OpenVINO crash on 24MP hubs:

  • Load AI models during working time.

  • Delay using GPU after startup.

• Fix a crash caused by concurrent modification in webrtc.

• Use H265 when vaapi_h264 cannot be used to encode the video.

• Overloading that disabled encoding could cause a camera to be declared unhealthy.

• Make overload detection notifications more stable.

• V2 UI:

  • Fix auto resume bug when camera widget is paused.

  • Optimize V2 global alert dialog performance.

  • PWA: Restore portrait mode after exiting full screen.

  • Fix duplicate person entries caused when a person is auto-added

  • Snap scrolling at the top of the user home page instead of at the expansion panel header

  • Sharing video would not work when start and end were set manually.

  • Disallow setting https port to be the same as http port.

I can't figure out where to do this.

I am not even sure how to tell what backups are in the cloud.

Click on the "+" next to the name of a hub to see the list of backups for that hub. You can star individual backups. All backups listed are saved in the cloud.
