camect hubs went offline.

Hello,

both my camect hubs went offline exactly 1 hour apart.. once at 3:18 and one at 4:18 pm... and shutting down/rebooting does nothing..

Is something happening in terms of upgrade or something ?

or is this something differnt.. and need to get support ?

both the hubs going offline exactly 1 hour apart seemed suspicious..

We are not in the midst of pushing any update. We do have one coming relatively soon, but it has not started yet. 

If you're unable to get your hubs online, please connect an HDMI monitor, wait until 15 minutes after boot, and then send a snapshot of what's showing on HDMI to sup...@camect.com.
