Packet inspection on my network is showing traffic that I don't understand why it is there:

From 159.65.67.16, port
3478
To 192.168.10.97, port
53011
ET INFO Session Traversal Utilities for NAT (STUN Binding Response)

Can anybody from Camect (or anybody else) explain to me why this traffic is happening and confirm it is legit?

Yes, it's legit assuming that 192.168.10.97 is your hub.  159.65.67.16 is a TURN server of ours that can be used to facilitate a webrtc connection when a direct connection to the viewing device fails to get established.
