release/2020-07-18-b (Nest sign in bugfix, and stationary vehicle detection fix)

release/2020-07-18-b  is rolling out now. It has only two bugfixes in it.

      - Some people using Nest cameras with "Sign in with Google" were experiencing sign in problems. Those should be resolved now. Remember to refresh the browser or restart the app before trying again if you were having problems.  (And, of course wait to make sure you have the new release.) 

      - A fix for stationary cars being detected as moving.

stationery cars are still being picked up from contrast changes in the picture.

We are still working on improving it, as it has been one of the most difficult problem for us.

Can you share one or two of such videos so I can add it to our test set to make sure it'll fixed with the next algorithm update.
