Downloaded video clip playback issues

I have a video clip that I downloaded to my computer (windows 10). I'm noticing some issues with the downloaded video:

- Video plays back smoothly using a video player (latest IrfanView version 4.54) but without audio 

- Video stutters on playback in Google Chrome, but audio is smooth

- Both Chrome and IrfanView players show incorrect video lengths for the clip. In this case the video clip is ~1 hour long but the video players indicate the clip is ~7 hrs 10 min. If I scroll past the ~1 hour end of video it remains on the last frame until the 7 hour clip is finished.

Thoughts?

Please try VLC (which is available for all platforms) and see if it will play properly there.

Shoot, sorry!! I said IrfanView in the initial post but it is, indeed, VLC version 3.0.8 (64 bit) that I am using as my video player. (I've been editing pictures and have irfanview on the mind...)

So video plays smoothly, no audio, incorrect clip length.

Do these problems under VLC occur with short clips too?

Yes, just created a short ~3 min clip and it has the same issues.

Also tried a different camera feed. Same problems.

On one of the cameras that produce these problematic clips, you could mark off and share a short clip with us? 

i.e. On the timeline, set the start and end markers, click the share button, and check "also share with Camect"

One more question, could you repro it on non Nest cameras?

I don't have any non-Nest cameras at the moment.

I found the problem. The fix will take a while to be released since we'll be busy next week at CES.
We'll push the release after that.
