A minor feature request, that I'm sure many people would enjoy: the ability to arrange the cameras in a custom order.

Currently, the cameras are displayed in alphabetic order, so I could reorder them by renaming them (e.g. prefixing with a number), but the ability to rearrange them without that hack would be nice.  Perhaps just by dragging their headers in the multi-camera view, or a camera order list in the settings.

I recognize that both concepts would be non-trivial to implement, so I don't expect this any time soon, but something for the feature ideas list.

Easy to "fix". Append a "1-", "2-" in front of your camera name.

Yeah, I've done that as a hack, but a built-in feature would be nicer.

That works until you get to "10," which gets displayed right next to "1," as it's an alpha sort, not alphanumeric.

Then you could go with either "A", or renumber everything like "01", "02", etc.

I have 20 cams, but only have 9 of them active in Camect at a time, both for thumbnail display resolution, and to avoid overloading it.

I would still like the ability to reorder them without resorting to such naming hacks, though.

I used "01", "02", etc. so plenty of room for numbers, but I do second the original request here. The prefixes just to get the order as desired is cumbersome.

I would also like the ability to reorder the cameras via drag and drop or a simple tab under settings which allows changes. However, overall I couldn't be happier with this awesome product which is exactly what I'd been trying to find.

I support this request as well.
