Factory reset

Hi,

How can you perform a factory reset if you forgot the username and password?
Moved 3 years ago and the camect have been packed away since then and now i can't remember :/

Please plug the hub into an HDMI monitor, and connect it to network and power. Wait until it has been up 15 minutes, and send a snapshot of what you see to sup...@camect.com along with the external IP address of your network, and we can reset it for you.
