Reolink Doorbell Not Working

I can't get my Reolink doorbell to work. It connects, but the video is just blank. If I use the same RTSP link in VLC or another program, everything works fine. There is no dropping of the video or anything. Do I need to do something different in Camect? I have tried the main and sub.

I assume you've tried refreshing the page in your browser and it is still blank? 

If so, use "Report Bug" from the hub settings of your hub to report the problem.

That is the URL I am using with my Reolink (WiFi) Doorbell.  It works fairly well - get some WiFi drops but otherwise working with Camect.
