Activate Home is showing an IP address that isn't on my network

Hi!,
I'm trying to the Camect setup but the device is showing an IP address that isn't part of my network and I can't connect to it.  Any suggestions on how I can fix it?

Hi Niten, 

    What kind of an internet connection do you have? Are you using a cell phone provider as your main internet connection by any chance? 
 
Please try searching for "what is my ip" on Google from a few different devices on your network. If you get different answers from different devices, then your provider is doing what is known as CGNAT, and we'll have to figure out an alternative way to activate your device.

Hi!  I figured it out... the installers plugged the Camect into the wrong switch.  Once corrected it got the right IP address and I was able to successfully activate it.
