Hi,

Would it be possible to have a date format setting please? I can't get used to having the month before the day!

Thanks,

Matt

+1 on this - 7/3 means the 7th of March in most countries ;-)

I couldn't agree more. I find it very frustrating to have this one platform not use 2020-07-04. Or UTC.

Isn't YYYYMMDD the ideal format for sorting data in any file system? That way it always sorts chronologically in the OS. I know much of the world runs day first (they're wrong lol πŸ˜›). Seriously though I'm not sure how you can practically sort retained files in a YYYYDDMM format. That puts January 3rd after June 1st in a sorting order, seems like a complete mess.

I'm just messing with you of course, but I'm genuinely confused as to how you can sort files in that order.

I'm not sure I get your point, the Camect UI shows MMDD, which is ambiguous.

YYYYMMDD makes sense though and I think almost everyone could understand what it meant.

What would be completely bonkers is having MMDDYYYY, it would be like writing the time with seconds, hours then minutes. Either go largest first or smallest first! Although random order keeps it interesting, I suppose! 😁

A setting would keep everyone happy though πŸ˜‰

Ahh, my confusion. Downloaded files are labeled YYYYMMDD which is what I thought you were talking about.
