Connecting Arlo Camera

I cannot connect my Arlo Pro3 camera via camect. All is set up and working in my Arlo app amd the camera is on line. Camect is asking for the Arlo password and I have entered it correctly but it says I have not. kind of stuck here....

Are you using two-factor authentication with Arlo?  If so, we don't support that yet. You can work around this for now by sharing your camera with another account that's used only for Camect access without two-factor turned on. 

If you're not using two-factor, then shortly after trying to sign in and getting a failure, please use "Report Bug" from the home settings (cog wheel at top right) to send a bug report, and check the checkbox to include logs and settings from your device.

I am not. I've tried the add the camera many times and just waited. Rebooted everything etc... any other ideas?

Well, the first idea is to try using "Report Bug" including logs as per my earlier message -- That way we can check if there are any errors to shed light on what's going on. 

Another possibility would be to try sharing with a new account anyway, but I'd say wait on that until we have a chance to look at the log. We may ask you to try that later if we need to see whether the issue is specific to your account or not.
