Is your Dish receiver putting out an RTSP feed?

it apparently uses a proprietary format, not RTSP.

Likely it implements the ONVIF protocol, or it has a mac address that looks like belong to a camera manufacturer. 
Please disable the "camera". It will disappear from the UI.

Please don't delete it. Once you delete it, the hub forgets everything about the device. It'll discover the camera again.
Disabled cameras won't use any resources on the hub.

I've disabled the "cameras", but Camect still insists on re-adding as soon as I disable and delete them. Can the find cameras be disabled, so it doesn't look til I want it to?
