Bugs fixed:

  - Arlo sign in was not working

  - Crashes that can occur under abnormal conditions, e.g. when the video is malformed, or when the cloud is not responsive. 

  - Adjustments to scheduling to make better use of GPU to reduce occurrences of "busy" status

  - More cases of static car detection

  - Newly-activated devices sometimes don't get the correct name. 

Other:

  - Use "hub" rather than "home" in some places in the UI to accommodate people who are not using it at home.

  - Allow telegram to be turned off for a single home  (using the "me" tab)

  - Switch to "sign in with Google" as the default option for Nest cameras.

  - Remove the need to click the check mark to save snooze values when snoozing

  - Remove old snoozes after they've expired.
