Camect Mobile APPS

Good Day,
I am experiencing something strange with the Camect Mobile APP. I use the app on my mobile phone (Samsung S23) with no issues. I have the app on my wife's phone (Samsung S23). When Camect alerts to an event on my wife's phone and she clicks on it, the APP opens and it shows the icon spinning trying to connect and play the clip but it never plays. I also have the Camect APP on her IPad Air 4th Generation and it does the same thing as her phone. The only thing different between my phone and her phone and IPad is that we are logged in as different users but with the same privileges'. 

Any ideas on what I can do to get the APP working on her phone and IPad? I appreciate any help with this. "Happy Wife, Happy Life"

Can you file a bug report from your wife's phone or iPad after reproducing the issue?
You can file bug report from the app's menu.
