What type of internet connection do you have? Is it anything unusual like an LTE connection from a cell phone provider?   

In particular, if you visit whatismyip.com from different machines on your network, do you see different public IPs when visiting from different devices? 

If the IP is always the same, then do you have an HDMI monitor or tv around to which you could hook up the device? Your device displays some diagnostic output on the HDMI. If you can hook it up (with it connected to the network), please take a snapshot of what you see and email it to sup...@camect.com

Seems to be working now. Has to wait 35 minutes.

I'm glad it's working now, although that's pretty odd. It's not supposed to take anywhere near that long. Hopefully it's smoother sailing from here on, but let us know if not.
