Feature Request: Add Area Presets

Allow the creation of Area Presets in Camera Settings -> Alert Settings -> Occur in Area

I often need to draw the exact same area/region for multiple Ratings. For example, I want to use the "Match only vehicles with the text..." feature to identify known resident license plates to open the gate, but only if they're in the proper lane for the gate. It would be nice if Area Presets on a camera-by-camera basis could be set.

One way to facilitate this within the current flow would be to have, in addition to the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down a third option  in that space which would be used to define that that entry is not a Rating, but is the area that applies to all Ratings below, until the next Area Preset is defined, or until an Area is manually defined for a Rating. In this case the Edit Area buttons for Ratings to which these Area Presets would apply would instead read "Preset".

I use the "Match only vehicles with the text ___ on them." feature of
alert ratings. The license plate number goes in that blank. I put a
special flag/string in the "Set name for the area" field of the
area/region I draw ("%G").

I send the Camect API via MQTT to Node-Red, then I parse the region in
the message, looking for my gate flag ("%G"), and if that string/flag
is present it then sends via MQTT a message to an ESP8266 which is
connected to the gate controller, which then opens the gate.

I also note the license plate number in the area/region field to keep
track of who passes through, among other flags for other things such
as announcements, so my area/region texts look something like this:
John@%C%G#ABC123, which announces via Alexa "John at Gate", opens the
gate, and records in the log license plate ABC123. (%C is my variable
for Camera Name)
