New camect experimental Timelapses

I just saw the new experimental Timelapses option in Camect. How does that work? Any documenation on this?

If you click the "timelapse" button at the top right corner, a dialog pops up to let you configure how to generate timelapses.  Currently, it can only generate per camera daily.

It's only available on V2.
Please share a screenshot if you are using V2 and the button is not there.

I see the  timelapse botton but when I click on the Play button to fetch the video nothing happens. I see fixed images with the play botton on top right on each so it seems to create them but I don't know how to view them

What browser are you using?
There should be a play button at the bottom left corner.
Can you download the video?

Chrome. I missed the play button because it only shows on mouse over. When I click the download botton on the top nothing happens because it seems to be greyed out

Currently download only works after you have clicked "play".

It seems to work now and I can download them. Is it correct that one 24 hour lapse will only be 30 seconds?

That's correct. We don't allow users to change it now. It's one of the items on our list that we may do in the future.
We start from the most common settings and see what users may like to customize.
