A software update is being released tonight. This doesn't have much in the way of obvious new features -- Its mainly consists of several improvements to the alert detection algorithms based on cases users have submitted, plus a large set of bugfixes.
Detection algorithm tweaks: Several cases, including missed detections (including some nighttime ones), animals detected as people, large cars occasionally not detected, etc.
There's now a driver for Ezviz cameras. Ezviz cameras that were already installed should continue to exist as "Generic camera" without changes unless you delete the old camera. (It's not worth deleting the old camera if it's fine.)
Operating mode (i.e. regular operation vs home mode) change alerts now obey email/app/telegram notification preferences.
Bugfixes:
Notifications are now viewable in top (multi-home view) page
Corrected bugs related to viewing uninteresting alerts (they now show properly, and you can seek to them)
Reconnect to cloud properly after a home router reboot
Various improvements to disk throughput
Add an alternative way to activate home for people without a fixed external IP address
Alert rating UI: Fix bug causing object list changes to be dropped
Warn if a positive rating will involve multiple objects.
Fix camera driver bugs causing timeout/click-to-retry when attempting to connect
Fix timeline bugs causing iOS phones to go to a time different from the last one displayed as you drag
Allow deletion of NAS partitions
Fix one possible cause of Wyze cams showing footage in the past.
Allow cloud login windows (e.g. Nest, from a thermostat) to be disabled to hide them.
Don't ask for sign-in to Google drive after an upload fails due to a network error.
Allow fullscreen view to play audio.
