The issue with your LV-PWF1 does not appear to be that it's a new model -- It's that you don't know the username and password for Onvif access, and unfortunately neither do we.
Given that it is detected as an Onvif camera, the camera does have at least partial support for Onvif -- and if it supports Onvif, it may work if you can find the credentials to be able to access the camera.
My apologies that the compatibility FAQ is a bit unclear -- it does not say that all Laview cameras will work, but I acknowledge that we should word this better. (It intends to say that models that support Onvif and RTSP , i.e. the vast majority of Lawview cameras, will work. We should add that it's still important to check the specs of the camera before buying to make sure you see either or both listed.)
If you have no easy way (e.g. by asking the manufacturer or their forums) to get the credentials, but the cameras still returnable, consider returning them and instead getting some Ezviz C1C cameras. They're about the same price, the hardware is made by the same company (Hikvision), and several people on this forum have them working with their Camect systems.
