After initial setup, it began to scan my network and then asked me to sign in to my Nest camera, but I don't own one!

The only Nest product I have is a thermostat.

Happy to provide any diagnostics/log information.

Thanks

:-). This is mentioned fairly frequently.  The correct thing to do is to just disable the device (using the slider at the top left) so you don't see it and leave it alone.

It occurs because until you provide the password, we know the device is made by Nest, but we can't tell whether the device is a camera or something else like a thermostat. It would also have worked if you signed in to Nest so we could tell, but since you'd get no value out of doing that, we recommend just disabling the device.

Thanks :-)

I did have a hunt about but didn't see any posts referring to this  -  perhaps I didn't look hard enough!

Thanks for the prompt response and Ill try what you suggested.

Only received item today which was a nice surprise as I expected it after the holidays at some point.  Although I do have to purchase some additional cameras (which I was going to do anyway) as the 2 Yi ones I have are one of the few that are currently unsupported.

Keep up the great work.
